Unfortunately due to the new GPSR regulations I can no longer ship to Europe or Ireland for now until I can find out how I can comply, I'm so sorry for the inconvenience.

I open my website for orders three to four times a year, accepting a limited number of approximately 250 orders per cycle. Once the order limit is reached, the website will be closed while I focus on fulfilling existing orders. Depending on where your order falls in the queue, the processing time can take up to 12 weeks. Orders placed within the first 100 are generally completed within a few weeks, while those at the end of the queue may take closer to the full 12 weeks. Each image I create requires several hours of detailed work, and with the volume of orders I handle, the wait time is necessary to maintain quality.

Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number. Please note that this will be the only email you receive until I begin working on your image. At that point, I will send you a proof image for review. This is your opportunity to request any minor adjustments or approve the image for printing and shipment.

If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder. If it's still not there, it's likely that an error occurred with your email address. You may also provide a mobile number when placing your order to ensure I can reach you if email communication fails.

To ensure you order the correct product, please read the product descriptions carefully. For example, the digital image is an electronic file that I create for you and email for you to print at your convenience. The A3 and A4 glossy photos are printed on high-quality Epson Glossy photo paper and shipped in either an envelope or a poster tube. These do not come framed. The medium and large slates are printed on thick, hand-cut rock slate with a high-gloss finish to bring out the full beauty of the image. These slates are supplied with stands for display.

The A4 and A3 glossy photos are ideal for those who wish to frame the image themselves and save on shipping costs, especially for international orders. However, the slate prints remain the most popular choice due to their exceptional quality, which consistently surprises and delights my customers.

Pease use the best photos you have, and try not to use photos of just a head, i need to see body shape and size for best results.
